L&L Builders has been in business since 1960 and has a rich tradition of superior craftsmanship as a result of exceptional team members who have a passion for meeting or exceeding customer build expectations. L & L Builders began as a masonry company in the construction field. Customer demand allowed the company to grow quickly expanding into the general contracting field.
Today, L & L Builders Co. has a strong construction reputation in the commercial building field. Over the years we have expanded our project portfolio and now complete new commercial construction or major renovations in the medical, industrial, government, restaurants, and historic restoration arenas. We have been fortunate over the years to now have our DNA on hundreds of buildings in the Siouxland area and beyond. On average, L & L Builders now completes over $30,000,000 of work annually with a long history of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a level of quality which meets the needs of the client.
